Although we do not require institutions and individuals to sign a formal licence, online access is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Use of the Medieval Sources should be for educational purposes only, not for resale or commercial gain
• Single copies of documents may be downloaded, stored on a PC or printed out. Multiple copying whether electronic or paper is not permitted. If you do wish to use the documents in this way, please clear permission first from Marylin Cresswell
• In the case of institutional subscriptions, no dissemination of articles to individuals who are not members of that institute should take place
• In the case of institutional subscription, all reasonable efforts should be made to ensure that members of the subscribed institution are aware of, and abide by, these conditions of use
• In the case of individual subscriptions, password access is only permitted by the subscriber
